Use your 6-digit photo code to log in to your private photo gallery at MyHolidayPics.com. Your photo code is located on the envelope or the bottom-right corner of your printed photos.

If you didn't receive or no longer have your photo code or any printed photos, please contact our customer service team.
- Select "Help Locating Images" from the list.
- Please be sure to include the name of the mall / location.
- Please fill out the requested information.

Trouble with Your Photo Code?
Though rare, if you made a reservation online, start by using your reservation number. Reservation numbers are typically 15–16 digits long and usually begin with "153."
If you're still having trouble or don't have a reservation number, please contact our customer service team .
- Select "Help Locating Images" from the list.
- Include the name of the mall or location.
- Complete all requested information in the form.
